I have been a user experience leader and technologist since 2008 in a variety of contexts, from small agencies and start-ups to large enterprises. Most recently, I managed teams of UX researchers, product designers, and content designers in building enterprise-scale e-commerce tools—enabling and improving customer journeys for data modeling and content management as UX manager for Shopify’s Custom Data platform.
I excel at organizing user research, strategy for product roadmaps, leading prototype exercises and design explorations, managing stakeholder requirements, and developing teams of talented UXers. I am relentless in earning user trust by developing empathy and insight that lead teams to deliver solutions to true user challenges.
